This was one of the father/son projects Cdub and Little T had going on over the summer. Cdub has the patience of a saint. Noe Noe Girl not so much. That's why it was a father/son project!

The Little T Indian looks proud.

The dwelling is ready for occupants.

The Little T Indian shows off the fire pit. Great job don't you think?

The Chief and the Indian spend a lot of time together.
It does my heart good seeing them accomplish things.
Chief Cdub....You are one great dad!
And as you can tell, these two (Sierra and Balto) could care less!

That has got to be the coolest project I have ever seen...so much more of a gift than the enjoyment it will provide...what an inspiration you all are!!
Funny - I was thinking about how awesome a teepee would be just last night while I was lying in bed trying (and failing) to sleep. That is fantastic!!
I just bought a super duper air mattress bed, and it will fit perfect in there....with room for JJ, Crusty, PJB, Sierra and Balto!
Great Job Little T and Cdub!
Awesome!
PS--love the dog's name Balto. Did you see that cartoon movie about Balto, the one that brought the vaccine back and saved the village? Great movie based on a true story.
Steph- we have the whole Balto movie series! Love them. And we have wolf pups on the way!
<><
They did a fabulous job, and it is very cool.
It's weird to log on and see your title, one little indian because I have been singing the song, ten little indians for the past two days. It has been stuck in my head and I don't know why I even thought of that song. (if you know the song, you know the last line goes, One Little Indian Boy,)
Verrry Cool!
Bless you sweet family
Aloha, Friend!

Little T looks like his mama!
That is just cool. I am a BIG fan of father/son time. Seriously, cool!
very cool...and inspiring too!
Wow. That is a fantastic teepee. I can only imagine the time and effort that went into it. They should be very, very proud.
That MPM is always stealing my comments .. I was going to say T looks like you ...
That's a really cool looking teepee!
Very cool!
Yes, Little T does look like his mumma, but also, that is one very photogenic husband you have there. I tried to comment last night but could not get your site to load all the way.
Anyway, that's a great pictures of CDub - I'm not sure he takes a bad one.
This post made my heart sing. Hurrah for fathers who teach their children well.
You are blessed with two great men there in the Big Woods;) I love them both!
Does CDub serve Fire Water in the teepee?? I'll be right over...
My sons were always better at that sort of thing than I was.
This post just totally and completely made my day. Their love is so beautiful! I know that isn't a very mannish thing to say, but it just overwhelmed me :) and I have to say it. Mannish or not! : )
That is so AWESOME!!! Seriously cool! I often wonder, if we had had a son, would Brian be doing cool things like that with him. I think so.
Looks like they had a blast. GO Cdub!
That is entirely cool!! I'm sending my boys down right now so they can camp out, too. No need to rush in getting them back home.
Cdub is an awesome dad!
that is really cool! I would have loved that when I was a kid. (And shhh! dont tell anyone but I still would!)
Hello Noe Noe girl. I am looking forward to see your silhouette photos. TC
Wow they went all out! Looks like fun, and a great project for the boys.
Love the dogs! Are they a husky/malamute mix? We love our malamute even if he is a big baby.
That is so cool. My son Jr. who is 11 thought so too. He loves this stuff. Your son and hubby did one great job and it's pretty neat that you have the property to put this on. You know how boys love this stuff, wide open spaces, tee pee's, and a fire pit, what more could a boy ask for.
What fun. And it wasn't even raining.
Great shots. I love camping. I don't let setting up the tent, though.
I would NOT have the patience for something like this. Thank goodness for dads!
How cool is that! What a great memory for the both of them to have!
Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
Teilweise ziemlich verwirrend!
