OMGosh, I remember the belts. I remember using safety pins to pin the pad to my undies. Ugh. As if being a girl isn't bad enough without worrying about being stuck by a pin.
What would have made that PERFECT would have been if they had that pad and belt hanging from the rearview mirror instead of those fuzzy dice!
Sorry, I was late getting here. That crazy Stan has been distracting me all over the place. When I first read your comment on my blog, I came over straight-a-way. And, what did I see first? The post about your cute little cat. I was driving myself crazy looking all over the pics for a kotex pad. LMAO I need a long vacation.
Actually, I've found the belts and and tabbed napkins to be the most secure. No spills or messed clothing, but the stick on napkins? Lousy. And I'm a baby boomer, not an old lady.
Rather cool blog you've got here. Thanx for it. I like such topics and everything that is connected to them. I would like to read more on that blog soon.

I think that was about my time.
OKay, I REMEMBER those belt thingys! EEYUCK!
At least someone had the common sense to do away with them!
WHO DID invent the pads???
I am so glad I NEVER had to go through that!

I remember those belts!
Ahhh. And the memories come back in a flash.
That is HILARIOUS! My MIL was telling me about those and how uncomfortable they were.
