Marley & Me

You all have no doubt seen the advertisements for the movie "Marley & Me". Well, this past summer while staying at a friend's river house, I discovered this book lying on the mantle and decided I had the time to read it. What a find! I laughed till I cried and totally related to this book.

Yesterday Little T's Godmother took him to see the movie.

They both absolutely loved it. Darsh could hardly discuss it through the tears. Little T wants to see it again.

For me, the word "acceptance" comes to mind when I think of "Marley & Me".

The word has a whole new and special meaning for me.

So for all you animal admiring, puppy petting, cat cuddling, dog drooling, critter crazy book worms, this is a MUST read! For all you movie buffs, Little T says you need to go see it! Let us know what you think!

We never go to the movies...(sad face) but being ADHD as i am, I have to rent them so I can start and stop and rewind and watch it like five times so I can see the whole thing, but when I do see it...I will tell you.

I will go get the book sometime soon though.

Love ya,

Marlene

The book had a slight craze a while back in our circle of friends. Lovely! Typically, film never does the book justice, but I may have to bust out to the theater for this one!!!

I absolutely LOVED the book. It was a fluke purchase while on a 4hour layover. I blubbered like a baby sitting in the airport and on the next leg of my flight! I'm sure everyone thought I was nuts!

I was a little disappointed with the movie though. It seemed to focus more on the people and their life decisions rather than on Marley.

It was the gift the young couple had, Marley is his name. I love to see movies like this so much of nature and love shared. It shows how much a pet can do. These young people wanted to have a baby and for the first step to change their ways of living and caring they took a puppy. He get bigger and do lot of adventure. I saw on http://www.80millionmoviesfree.com wonderful movie it was. Marley & Me (2008) is a movie lot been appreciate for sure
