Well put. As a war time veteran myself, I appreciate that you took a moment to remind others that this is a day for more then just sleeping in and BBQ. It is a day to remember, and also a day to support the living relatives of those that we all lost. Please, also remember those whom live on with the loss as well.

Oh believe me--I didn't think there was anything about the squirrel that gnawed my bird feeder down that was cute in the least! I mean--he had lots of nerve, NO cuteness whatsoever. Even his usually fluffy tail was straggly and sparse, making him look even more like the little rat he was!
