I love this time of year. The smell of freshly cut grass, fragrant peonies and especially the smell of honeysuckle! It's one of my favorites.
The driveway to the Little House is about a mile long and all along the way honeysuckle is everywhere.
I love to roll the windows of the car down and just breathe in that sweet smell.
It's a seasonal thing so I enjoy it as long as I can.
And then it's over. But there's always next year.
Hmmmm. Honeysuckle! I just love where I live!
Enjoy your weekend with all the things you love!

Gorgeous! I also love this time of year and all the fragrant smells. I am particularly fond of the smell of dirt and new "green" things. Love it! Have a wonderful weekend Noe Noe.
xoxoxo
So is this honeysuckle-eating a Virginia thing? I never knew you could do that! But I grew up north of the Mason-Dixon line... nevertheless, I can almost smell it from all they way up here in Maryland!
Here's hoping your Coronas are cold and your limes especially juicy this weekend!
Oh. Em. Gee. I love honeysuckle. For some reason we don't seem to have it here in Tulsa. :(
Love the smell of Honeysuckle. It always reminds me of my grandparents who had a shrub in their yard.
I'll bet the honeysuckle smells amazing.
hmmmmm, I love it too but it's almost ! If I'm around it too long it makes me a little dizzy...crazy girl. Have a great weekend..;j
that drive looks lovely
I love where you live too :)
I can almost smell it via my screen!!! Enjoy your weekend.
I used to love eating the honeysuckle back in CA. Haven't seen it here in TX. I can just smell yours along that mile of heaven.
Now that's definitely a scent of spring.
I dearly LOVE honeysuckle! I just recently helped Mither actually plant some in her flowerbed where it will climb up the porch post at her house. It grows wild all over that place, but she wants it up close where she can smell it every time she walks outside.
Driving through it on the way to your place is one of life's little treasures.
