over at Country Girl on the Chesapeake Bay is a real Princess and today she is her birthday! Marlene has no limits when it comes to talent. She has a heart of gold. She never ceases to amaze me. She is my inspiration.

By now most of you know Marlene loves the snow. Unfortunately in her neck of the woods that does not happen very often. She has been screaming, barking, and somewhat bewildered this winter by the lack of snow and has even threatened her local weather man for screwing up the snow forecast! So to help make this day a little more special I thought I would bring some snow to her. All snow lovers and haters alike will love this!

So Marlene, if you're ready....let the celebration begin!!!

Perfect weather is a must for a day in the snow.

And the more snow the better I say!

But every Princess needs her own snowsuit!

I think this will look simply wonderful on you chickie! The hat, the suspenders and those boots...have snowball fight all over them!

And for heavens sake don't forget your chap stick! You have to keep that kisser in tip top shape for HWM.

Pretty nice huh? I am pretty proud of it myself, since you know baking is not what I do best. Those snowflakes gave me a fit girl! But hey.. it's only fitting for a Princess! BTW..you have icing on your chin!

Well I don't want to wear out my welcome...so I'm gonna be going. But before I go here's something to keep you nice and warm till spring arrives. I saw this snowflake quilt and it had "Marlene" all over it! I hope you love it as much as I do!
