Sealed With A Kiss

This past Sunday~ Cdub and I were getting ready for church. It was one of those rare moments when Little T was not home and we could actually carry on a conversation without interruption. While in the bathroom spit shinning and grooming to look our Sunday best, Cdub asks me, "Noe Noe, if I get too old and cannot keep these old man hairs out of my ears, will you do it for me?" Being the best wife on the east coast, I said "Of course Honey. Anything for you." Then without hesitation or worry about inconveniencing himself he asks, "Is there anything you want me to do for you if you get too old to do it for yourself?" Without a second thought I responded, "Please keep these old lady hairs off my chin. We have to keep each other looking good in our senior years you know." Then we kissed and off to church we went ~ Basking in the comfort of True Love!

Aw! Now that is true love at it's finest!

I spotted hairs on my mother's chin Sunday. She has NEVER had issues with her brows or any other facial hair.

I. Was. Shocked.

AND a bad daughter because I didn't point them out to her :(

Vol Fan hasn't asked me to keep the ear hair in check yet. But I have made sure to show him where one pain-in-the-ass old lady hair that keeps rearing its ugly head is located. He has promised to pluck it.

Indeed that IS true love. I just did an... adjustment on the bizarre long hairs that stick straight out of the middle of John's eyebrows the other day. He was lookin' like a freak show.

nice.. my only request of the waterman is when I get to old to do _______ and _______ and oh yes ________ or if I happen to forget who I am... (wait not good idea on that one cause I am not sure I know who I am now) that he take me out back and shoot me.

and I actually have a feeling he would.

*Laughing* My dh and I have that same agreement.

You don't have to convince me with all that talk about unruly body hairs....I saw first hand what a devoted loving wife you are. And no, it has nothing to do with Cdub being so dang HOT...nope, nothing at all.

I love you guys, there's no getting around it.

** sigh **

I remember watching a TV movie that starred Farrah Fawcett as the daughter-in-law of a woman who was less than kind to her. It ended up that the FF character was the only one who would care for this awful woman when she became ill (and eventually died). They ended up becoming friends in the end, but the only thing the woman insisted upon was go pluck those few hairs off her chin and do you know that FF was only too happy to oblige. I just remembered that sweet movie reading your post.

Nice! Thanks for reminding us all of our mortality! :)

Heck, I'll probably be in a wheelchair in my old age but it's good to know you have someone who will take care of you!

LOL...I made TPSkipper pinky promise to pluck stray chin hairs if I was unable to do it. I remind her frequently just so she won't forget and I'll be walking around with chin hairs long enough to braid.
